AI already talks about your company. Is it telling the truth?
We check every claim ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini make about you against what you publish — then fix the source and prove it.
The problem
For a known brand, the risk isn’t being invisible. It’s being misquoted.
claims contradicted the brand’s own website — of 688 checked
phone-number claims were wrong — including a card-blocking line
ChatGPT answers described another country’s company when the country wasn’t named
of claims were things the brand never published
Measured across UBS, Allianz and AXA, one snapshot (2026-10-14); verdicts are an AI review against each brand’s published facts. Method
Why it matters
Not a marketing metric. An operations and compliance control.
Customer harm
A wrong hotline, fee or deadline — customers act on it and blame you.
Regulatory exposure
Rates, fees and returns stated in your name that you never approved.
Silent revenue loss
A retired product or another country’s terms quietly steers customers away.
An evidence question
“The AI told me.” You need what it said, when, and what you did.
How it works
A control loop, not a one-off report
Your facts
We draft, you approve the facts you stand behind — each with its source page — plus what must never be said in your name.
What you get
Per engine, per claim, with the source
Every wrong claim, worst first — with the exact quote and the engine that said it.
Questions
What people ask us
Can you control what AI says about us?
No one can, and we won’t claim to. We measure what each engine says, show where a wrong answer comes from, fix the sources you control, and re-ask until the answer changes — with a dated record of each step.
How is this different from AI visibility tools?
Visibility tools count whether you’re mentioned. Established brands are mentioned already. We check whether what’s said is true — claim by claim, against facts you publish.
Which engines do you check?
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, each reported separately — they read different sources and get different things wrong, so we never average them.
How reliable is the check?
Every quoted claim is verified word for word against the engine’s answer, every fact carries its source URL, and verdicts follow a published rule. Anything touching regulated content is confirmed by a person before it reaches your report.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. We ask the engines the same public questions your customers ask and read your public website. You approve the list of facts you stand behind.
