About Inserviss Labs
Inserviss Labs builds the AI Visibility Engine — the system that measures whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Google AI Overviews name your business when a customer asks for a recommendation, and then fixes the gap on and off your own site.
What we do
When someone asks an AI assistant “who’s the best [business] near me”, the answer is built from a handful of sources: the business’s own site, its Google Business Profile, review platforms, directories. Most businesses have never been structured for any of that to be quotable, so the engine names a competitor, a marketplace, or nobody.
Inserviss samples all six engines on the real questions a category’s buyers ask, reports — per engine, never blended — whether you’re cited, where, and whether the facts are current, and rebuilds your pages into answer-first, structured content an engine can lift, with a real booking or enquiry path. A monthly report shows the score, the trend, and what changed.

The research
Every claim on the site is sourced. The methodology behind the score is documented on the AI Visibility Score page, and the category benchmarks live in Insights. Measured citations are reported as fact; volume and opportunity figures are always shown as a range with stated assumptions.
